The Case of the Portrait Vandal

There's a vandal in the Capitol City Museum of American History! The graffiti artist seems set on ruining priceless artifacts. Raining Sam, the son of the head of educational programs, is determined to get to the bottom of things. But when Raining is accused of the crime, he and his friends must race against the clock to unmask the real culprit before it's late.
